Cars swerved in and out of their lanes when a large amount of paper fell from a delivery truck on East Covell Boulevard near Alhambra Drive at about 2:30 p.m. Friday, police reported. Reams of perforated printer paper lay unfolding on the road until the city’s public works employees cleared the mess.
The cleanup took about 30 minutes and did not cause any significant traffic slowdowns, Davis police Cpl. Michael Moore said.
