Partida’s son, Lawrence “Mikey” Partida, was beaten severely in a 2013 hate crime in Davis. The DA’s office and the Victim Services Division will honor local crime victims for National Crime Victims Week at an event from noon to 12:50 p.m. Monday, April 20, at the Woodland Opera House, 340 Second St. in Woodland. Mikey Partida will be be one of the honorees.
