Davis police arrested a 28-year-old Woodland man Saturday on suspicion of having a stun gun.
Lt. Glenn Glasgow said officers were alerted at 9:30 p.m. to a possible car burglary in progress in The Marketplace shopping center on West Covell Boulevard. They arrived to find two people in the car, which belonged to one of the men.
The owner, Jared Boles, was on probation and gave police permission to search the car, which led to the discovery of an operational stun gun, Glasgow said. Boles was lodged at the Yolo County Jail on charges of being a felon in possession of a stun gun and violating his probation.
