A Pollock Pines man found himself on the wrong side of the law twice in less than four hours early Sunday morning, Davis police said.
Dean Alan Hall first came to cops’ attention at about midnight while sitting in his car on County Road 32B, where he reportedly consented to a vehicle search and was found with a small amount of methamphetamine, Deputy Police Chief David Delaini said. Officers issued him a citation and confiscated the drugs.
Hall was back on the radar at about 3:30 a.m., where reports of a domestic violence incident sent police to the Motel 6 on Chiles Road. Hall was unresponsive at the scene and taken to a hospital for evaluation, but witnesses said he had assaulted and threatened his girlfriend, Delaini said.
The 21-year-old was booked into the Yolo County Jail on domestic violence, false imprisonment and criminal threats charges after being medically cleared.
