One person suffered minor injuries after a hot air balloon preparing for take-off blew over at the Yolo County Airport on Saturday.
West Plainfield Fire Chief Cherie Rita said the incident occurred at about 8:15 a.m. on Saturday, drawing the fire department as well as the Yolo County Sheriff’s Department to the scene.
There were about 20 people in the balloon basket at the time and one person who suffered minor injuries in the incident was taken by ambulance to a local hospital.
