The Davis Fire Department says a man who collapsed in his home Thursday night is on the mend after being revived by fire and ambulance crews.
Spokeswoman Evelyn George said the 60-year-old man had no pulse when crews arrived at his home in the 600 block of Flamenco Place at about 7:20 p.m. Emergency personnel began administering CPR, and three shocks with a defibrillator restored his pulse.
The man, whose name was not released, was transported to the UC Davis Medical Center in Sacramento for further treatment, George said.
