A two-car collision in downtown Davis early Monday led to the arrest of a 21-year-old man on suspicion of drunken driving, police said.
Lt. Glenn Glasgow said Allen Mao of Davis was at the wheel of a vehicle that failed to stop at the intersection of Third and F streets and struck another vehicle shortly before 1 a.m. No injuries were reported.
During the investigation of the traffic collision, “it was determined that Mao was allegedly operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol,” Glasgow said. Mao was arrested and booked into the Yolo County Jail.
