A 21-year-old Dixon man faces criminal charges for allegedly driving a stolen truck and vandalizing another vehicle, according to Davis police.
Ronald Albee Carbahal came to officers’ attention at about 8 a.m. Tuesday when witnesses reported seeing him throw a rock through the passenger-side window of a Cadillac parked outside the Motel 6 on Chiles Road, “causing great damage,” Lt. Art Camacho said.
The man then got into a white Mazda pickup, which officers caught up to down the road and determined that it had been stolen, Camacho said. Carbahal was booked into the Yolo County Jail on vehicle theft and vandalism charges.
