Davis police are seeking a man who robbed a Wells Fargo Bank branch Tuesday evening.
According to Lt. Paul Doroshov, the robbery occurred at about 5:20 p.m. at the bank’s Safeway branch, 2121 Cowell Blvd., where the suspect presented a teller with a note demanding money. No weapon was seen during the incident.

The suspect fled in an unknown direction after receiving an undisclosed amount of money, Doroshov said.
He described the suspect as a white male, 25 to 35 years old, about 5-foot-8 with brown hair. He wore a gray hooded sweatshirt with a purple shirt underneath, black pants and a green ball cap.
