Davis police are investigating a report of a man exposing himself to a 13-year-old girl Wednesday afternoon in West Davis.
According to Lt. Paul Doroshov, the girl was riding her bike in the area of Portage Bay Avenue West and Lake Boulevard at about 3:30 p.m. when she observed a white, newer-model GMC truck with its hazard light on along the side of the road.
“Upon crossing the roadway, the girl saw a white male adult exit the truck and pull down his pants to expose his genitals. As the girl tried to call the police, the subject drove away in his vehicle,” Doroshov said.
The suspect was described as a 35- to 40-year-old white male, about 6 feet tall to 6-foot-2, with orange/red hair parted on the side. He wore an orange shirt, gray sweatpants, white shoes and aviator-style sunglasses.
