Davis police arrested a 73-year-old man Monday on suspicion of exposing himself in public.
Lt. Paul Doroshov said officers responded at about 7:15 p.m. to the area of Wake Forest Drive and West Eighth Street to investigate a report of a male masturbating in public. They arrived to find him doing just that, but while standing next to a parked vehicle, he said.
Warren William Schroeder, of Davis, was booked into the Yolo County Jail on an indecent-exposure charge.
Police also received two reports of a nude male in the Olive Drive area late Tuesday morning and later that afternoon, but the suspect was never located, Doroshov said.
