The UC Davis Police Department issued a crime alert Thursday regarding the burglary of an occupied apartment.
At about 3:20 a.m. Wednesday, a woman reported that the suspect entered her apartment at The Colleges, 176 Orchard Park Drive, and took items without her permission. No injuries were reported, and police who searched the area were unable to find the suspect.
Police described the burglar as a Hispanic male in his early to mid-20s, 5-foot-6 with a medium build, with short spiky hair and wearing a black T-shirt. Anyone with information is asked to contact UCD police at 530-754-COPS (2677).
