Davis police reported the arrests of three people on burglary charges late last week.
Officers conducting a probation search at the F Street apartment of a 15-year-old boy Thursday found an allegedly stolen computer, resulting in his arrest on burglary and possession of stolen property charges, Sgt. Dan Powell said. Police also obtained information that led to the arrest of a second boy, also 15.
On Friday night, a resident of the 600 block of 10th Street went outside to find two men allegedly stealing a bike from his open garage. One man fled on the bike, and the resident followed the second suspect as he walked away, describing him to police dispatchers on the phone.
Jimmy Adrian Talavera, 37, of Woodland, was jailed on suspicion of burglary, Powell said. The second suspect remains at large.
