Yolo County sheriff’s deputies on Friday arrested five people on suspicion of transporting marijuana for sale after finding about 16 pounds of pot in a U-Haul truck.
At about 2:30 a.m., a deputy came across the truck parked along County Road 82B off of Highway 16 near Capay. The deputy smelled marijuana and a subsequent search turned up 25 bags of pot.
Deputies transported five people to Yolo County Jail: Jill Dintleman, 45, of Corona; Angela Antonsen, 42, and Lisa Levesque, 47, of Mesa, Ariz.; Jessie Antonsen, 23, of Garberville; and Dennis Johnson, 21, of Eureka.
