A Vacaville man was jailed Saturday after police reportedly found him with fake credit cards and cash, as well as prescription medications in another person’s name, Davis police reported Monday.
Officers made contact with 36-year-old Chondell Jones at 11:45 a.m. outside the Davis post office on Fifth Street, where Jones reportedly was found with the medications. The fictitious credit cards and fake cash were later found in his car, Lt. Glenn Glasgow said.
Jones was booked into the Yolo County Jail on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance, possession of counterfeit notes, possession of methamphetamine and possession of narcotics paraphernalia, Glasgow said.
