A Davis man was arrested Friday after breaking an emergency protective order and getting into a fight with his girlfriend at their shared residence.
Davis police received a call at 3:30 p.m. about a domestic violence disturbance near the 4500 block of Alhambra Drive in Mace Ranch, where the two individuals involved lived.
The police later made contact and arrested the suspect, Brandon Clark, 30, at a gas station on Mace Boulevard, after learning that he allegedly had broken the protective order filed against him and engaged in a physical altercation with his girlfriend at their home.
The victim, 29, did not require medical attention.
Clark was arrested for domestic violence, corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant and possession of a controlled substance. He was lodged at Yolo County Jail.
