A vehicle crash in Winters claimed the life of a 21-year-old man Monday night, the Winters Police Department reported.
Leopoldo Guzman of Winters was the driver of a Toyota Corolla that left the roadway and struck at least two trees on County Road 89 north of Niemann Street shortly after 10 p.m., police said in a social media post. There were no passengers in the car.
