An altercation last week between a Davis couple led to both being arrested on domestic violence and other charges, Davis police said Friday.
According to Lt. Art Camacho, the couple — identified as Cristobal Seth Jaime, 28; and Neenya Aleena Hall, 25 — first argued over the phone, after which Hall drove to Jaime’s Colgate Drive residence Wednesday afternoon.
“After yet another alleged verbal altercation, it is suspected that Jaime pushed Hall out of his residence. Hall then entered her vehicle,” Camacho said, adding that the situation escalated after Jaime left the house.
“Hall is suspected to have attempted striking Jaime with her vehicle while Jaime, in turn, is suspected to have thrown a large rock at the Hall’s windshield,” Camacho said. Police arrived on scene at that point and arrested both parties, each of whom sustained minor injuries during the fight.
In addition to the domestic violence counts, Hall faces a charge of assault with a deadly weapon, while Jamie was found to be on state parole and charged with a parole violation, Camacho said. Both were booked into the Yolo County Jail.
