Davis police arrested a Winters man Monday night after he allegedly assaulted employees at Sutter Davis Hospital.
Lt. Art Camacho said Bernardo Manuel Ibarra was about to be discharged from the hospital shortly before 10:30 p.m. “when he became allegedly angry at some of the hospital’s discharge procedures. Ibarra allegedly displayed assaultive behavior toward some of the hospital staff and was restraint by security personnel.”
Hospital officials summoned Davis police, who arrested Ibarra on an assault charge and also found him to be on parole for making terrorist threats, Camacho said. Ibarra, 30, was booked into the Yolo County Jail.
