Kevin Douglas Limbaugh thought Davis police were out to get him, according to the contents of a note investigators recovered from his house following the fatal shooting of rookie Officer Natalie Corona. "The Davis Police department has been hitting me with ultra sonic waves meant to keep dogs from barking," says the computer-written note, which Davis police Lt. Paul Doroshov said was found lying face-up on Limbaugh's bed.
