A rash of car burglaries occurred Saturday at the north and south parking structures on the UC Davis campus, officials said in a crime alert.
According to UCD police, an unknown suspect or suspects broke the windows on several vehicles and took items, many of which were in plain view. The time frame developed from victim statements indicates the thefts occurred between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. Saturday.
This crime is currently unsolved and an investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information about this or similar incidents should call 530-754-COPS (2677).
