A Davis woman was robbed of her purse Saturday night outside an East Davis apartment complex.
Lt. Tom Waltz said the woman was exiting her car in the parking lot of the Greystone Apartments, 2505 Fifth St., at about 8:55 p.m. when she was confronted by three suspects, one of whom grabbed at her purse.
“When she wouldn’t give up her purse he pointed a gun at her and threatened to kill her,” at which point she handed over her property, Waltz said. The suspects then fled westbound on Fifth Street in a dark colored, late-model four-door sedan.
The suspects were described as two African-American men and a third male of unknown race, all in their early 20s, of average height and with slender builds. All three wore jeans and hooded sweatshirts, Waltz said.
