A routine probation search led to two arrests Thursday in Mace Ranch.
Sachin Gambhir, 31, was arrested on suspicion of committing an earlier burglary during the probation search, which occurred at a home in the 3900 block of Arroyo Avenue, Davis police Lt. Tom Waltz said.
Officers arrested Gambhir after he and another man, 37-year-old Michael Jamal Moran, drove up to the residence and reportedly were found in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, according to Waltz.
Gambhir also faces an additional charge of driving under the influence, while Moran’s arrest included a charge of carrying a concealed dirk or dagger, Waltz said.
