A list of five “priority fugitives” released by the Yolo County Sheriff’s Office last week has been reduced to four.

Richard Refino Posada, 49, of West Sacramento, wanted on a felony warrant charging him with burglary, was arrested in Stockton over the weekend after sheriff’s officials received a tip from the public, Sgt. Matt Davis said.

That leaves four more fugitives on the most-wanted list: Jesus Epigmenio Arias, 24, of Dunnigan, Jorge Armando Izaguir Gonzalez, 41, of Sacramento, and Kyle Pecore, 33, of Green Bay, Wis., all wanted for assault with a deadly weapon; and Andres Lopez Delgado, 47, of Woodland, charged with failure to register as a sex offender.

Davis said the suspects pose a danger to the community, and members of the public should not attempt to apprehend them on their own. Anyone with information about their whereabouts is urged to call the Sheriff’s Office at 530-668-5280 during business hours, or dispatchers at 530-666-8282 during evenings and weekends.

Callers also may leave an anonymous tip at 530-668-5248 or online at www.yolocountysheriff.com/services/investigations.
