The UC Davis Police Department has issued a crime alert regarding an aggravated assault that occurred last week on campus.
A male victim reported being involved in a verbal and physical altercation with a suspect at about 11:20 p.m. Thursday at the Dairy Road basketball courts. He sustained moderate injuries in the incident.
Police described the suspect as a 20-year-old male with a medium complexion, 5-foot-10 and 200 pounds, with short black hair. He wore a gray T-shirt and black shorts.
