Yolo Superior Court officials have announced the judicial assignments for 2016.

Judge David Rosenberg will serve as presiding judge and Judge Janet Gaard will continue as the assistant presiding judge this year. Rosenberg designated Judge Janene Beronio as the criminal division supervising judge, Judge David W. Reed as the assistant criminal division supervising judge and Judge Timothy L. Fall as the civil division supervising judge.

“I appreciate the cooperation of the Yolo Superior Court bench and anticipate a smooth transition to the new assignments,” Rosenberg said. “I am confident that these assignments will ensure the most efficient use of our limited judicial resources.

“Though many challenges await us in the upcoming year, our excellent team of judicial officers, court staff and justice partners will continue to work hard to provide the community with fair and efficient service.”
